Snow day and more...

Yesterday was a snow day. There was
all of a dusting of snow but, Caroline,
as a school age child you will love these
extra days off. Daddy went out and
bought you a snowsuit and boots so
he could take you sledding. (at least
it was his plan) after all you are destined
to learn to ski at the age of 4 and challenge
Dad on the slope in Jackson Hole a few years
down the road.
So, the first thing you need to
get used to are the clothes. Lots of
layers and lots of puffiness. I was
amazed that you could walk, you
were amazed you could actually run!
Well, there was not enough snow to go
down a hill, but you did stomp around
a little. Maybe, next week!

We did bring in some snow in your
measuring cup for you to play with, and don't
you know you remembered and brought me
the cup first thing this morning pointing out
the deck door to fill up for you. This week you learned
to imitate a lizard, (sticking your tongue out
of your mouth to catch bugs), a crocodile
(clap your hands really wide and say SNAP)
say Duck Duck, fish, pick up your doll saying
mama to them and hugging them, showing them
around the house, talking to them and giving
them their bottles. I can't wait for next week!
Love you.

What a cutie pie!
Kids look like little stay-puffed marshmellow girls and boys when they have all of their snow and cold weather gear on. Did she go out again last week?
